Upon entering Bombaywalla, you are greeted with a cozy ambiance that sets the stage for an extraordinary feast. The menu is a culinary journey, featuring dishes that range from traditional Indian favorites to innovative Indo-Chinese creations.
- The Pav-Walla: Indulge in the Chicken Tikka Pav or the comforting Channa Pav, tender spiced chickpeas served with soft bread rolls – a perfect option for a light lunch.
- Utta-Pizza: A standout is the Chicken UttaPizza, a gluten-free Indian fusion pizza topped with tandoori chicken and cheese. The base, made from a blend of rice and lentil flours, adds a delightful texture.
- Street Chaat: The Bombay Chaat, crushed potato dumplings drizzled with yogurt and chutneys, is an explosion of flavors and a must-try for any chaat lover.
- Starters: Start your meal with Koliwada Pakoda, where boneless chicken is coated in spiced gram flour and fried to perfection, or the Deep-Fried Momos, which offer a spicy twist to the well-loved dumplings.
- Tandoori Grills: Don't miss the Bombaywala Chicken Tikka, succulent traditional chicken roasted in aromatic tandoori spices and served with a rich curry sauce.
The vegetarian options are equally enticing. The Cauliflower Manchurian, with its soft dumplings in a tangy soy and chili sauce, is a delightful Indochinese specialty that should not be overlooked.

The place is nicely hidden away on the main road, and it's visible from the crossing. The key factor is the variety of foods and sides and traditional dishes this place offers. It's really a wide range.Taste is very close to authentic and has an option for indo-chinese which was new and not present anywhere else in Glasgow !The place is new so, decently decorated for a cafe and also offers you to bring your own beer.Had the chance to try their biryani, and really that surprised me how good it was.The chips with masala has a coconut and south Indian spice blend which is amazing !The Chinese bhel and samosa chat is pretty decent but slightly priced.Overall,Food : /Variety: ./Ambience : /Presentation:./A must try if you want Mumbai -blend of spicy Indian food . Definitely a must try in Glasgow!

Exceptional food!! The dosa I had here was probably the best I've had in + years.. The potato filling and sambhar were super tasty. The chef uncle was v friendly and happily accommodated our requests, such as for the dosa to be made extra crispy and for everything to be made extra spicy!! We also ordered the chicken malvani, which was great as well. The Chinese Bhel was a good starter too. Both the chai and filter coffee were excellent, esp the coffee - super punchy!!

The most outstanding dosa I have ever. This isn’t hyperbole. Bombaywalla is a new restaurant (barely years old) but that quality and balance of its dishes are sublime. I opted for the chicken tikka dosa. The dosa was both crisp and light. Eminently eatable. Its rare to come across a culinary gem like this. Will always stop by when I’m in Glasgow..
